Funeral services for Laura Elizabeth Allred, 20, of Hudson were held Friday, November 10, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Bud Bonner officiating. Interment followed in the Largent Cemetery.
Laura was born June 24, 1986 in Lufkin, Texas, to Georgia (Stephenson) and Bruce Allred, and died Wednesday, November 8, 2006, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Laura, a lifetime resident of Hudson, graduated from Hudson High School in 2004, and was a member of the Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Laura was a people person who loved life and lived it to the fullest. Her view on life was always positive and her life motto was live, love and laugh often. “A moment happens in a flash but memories last forever” - we love you Laura, and you will live in our hearts forever.
Survivors include her parents, Bruce and Linda Allred of Birmingham, Alabama and Monte and Georgia Fiore of Hudson; brother, Ryan Price Allred of Conroe; brother and sister-in-law, Matthew and Sarah Fiore of Crockett; sister, Stephanie Allred of Birmingham, Alabama; grandparents, George and Ruth Stephenson of Hudson and Claudia Duke of Lufkin; aunts and uncles, Rubin and Linda Allred, R.L. and Sherry McGuire and Richard Allred, all of Lufkin, Greg and Debbie Stephenson of Hudson, and Chris and Josie Stephenson of Collierville, Tennessee; nephew, Mason Fiore; special friends, John, Eva, Wes and Rachael Hand; and countless other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Josh Allred; and great-grandparents, Allan and Nancy Weber, Mason and Ura Stephenson and R.B. Allred.
Pallbearers were Wes Hand, Jason McAdams, Carson Oliver, Bruce Childers, Blake Childers and Justin Pullen. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Hudson High School Class of 2004.
