Diboll FFA members compete in Area IX contest; Teams advance to state

Diboll FFA members show the awards received during recent competition.

Diboll FFA members competed Tuesday, April 10th, at their Area IX FFA Career Development Contest. The following teams participated:

Livestock Judging Team: 5th place team, advances to state competition 4/28/06 @ Texas A&M, Holli McCary, Zach Lenderman, Caleb Murray - 7th high point individual, and Jennifer Reeder.

Floriculture Judging Team: 10th place team, advances to state competition 4/27/06 @ SHSU Whitney Wilson, Sarah Harris. Josh Josephand Morgan Stanford.

Poultry Judging Team: Tyler Carter, Randy Summers, Colin Lowther and Joseph Nobles.

Ag. Mechanics Team: 1st place team, advances to state competition 4/27/06 @ SHSU, Arthur Meza,Francisco Salas - 3rd high point individual, Orlando Concha - 2nd high point individual, and J.J. Ojeda

Land Judging Team: Steven Smith, Joshua Day, and Krystal Ferguson.

Woodlands Judging Team:Lindsey Chandler, Brandal Pouland, and Justin Havard.

Ag Sales Team: 2nd place team, advances to state competition 4/27/06 @ SHSU, Alex Gonzalez, Yuri Acevedo, Kyle Prescott, and Cutler Ruby.
