Registration for annual Jacks basketball camp to begin

It's time to get out there and hoop it up at the 2007 Jacks Basketball Camp, May 28 - 31, 2007. There are two sessions available with a morning group, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., consisting of boys and girls in Grades 3rd - 6th, and an afternoon session, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., for boys in girls in 7th - 8th grades.
The cost of camp for early registration for those who turn in their sign-up forms before May 22, 2007 is only $20, while walk-up registration is $25 on the first day of camp.
Campers will meet at the Diboll High School Gym at the back entrance 15 minutes before their session begins. On May 29, the afternoon session will need to meet at the Diboll Junior Highgym.
The camp will stress the fundamentals with an emphasis on the skills of shooting, dribbling, passing, and individual moves, as well as providing a safe and well-supervised learning environment
Each day's schedule will involve a good mix of drills, contests, team practice, and games for a fun-filled learning experience. There will be an emphasis on team play, movement without the ball, team offense, and team defense during the camp sessions.
All campers should be appropriately dressed for basketball activities. Basketball shoes must be worn during basketball activities. Jogging, hiking, or dress shoes are not acceptable.
