Funeral services for Reverend Cai Ole Miltersen Larsen, 34, of Diboll will be held Saturday, June 16, 2007 at 5 p.m. in the Eastview United Pentecostal Church with Reverends Jeff Stroud, Danny Aber, M.L. Dykes, Fred Foster, Brett Cooley, Nathan Scoggins and Danny Russo officiating. Graveside services will be held Sunday, June 17, 2007 at 11 a.m. in the Maxie Community Cemetery in Crowley, Louisiana with Reverends Len Whitaker and Ed Tilley officiating. Reverend Larsen was born March 4, 1973 in Haslev, Denmark, to Leif and Lissi Larsen, and died Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at his residence. Reverend Larsen had resided in Diboll for the past two years, and was the Dean of Christian Education at Texas Bible College. He received four Bachelor of Science degrees, Early Childhood Education, Family Life Studies, Theology, and Missions, from Louisiana Tech and Jackson College of Ministries. Reverend Larsen was also Director of the Children's Ministry at Cornerstone United Pentecostal Church. Survivors include his wife, Gillian Larsen of Diboll; sons, Caleb Larsen and Nathanael Larsen, both of Diboll; daughter, Neiel Larsen of Diboll; parents, Leif and Lissi Larsen of Denmark; brother and sister-in-law, Carl George and Lina Larsen of Denmark; brothers, Claus Henrik Larsen, Carsten Michael Larsen and Carl Kristian Larsen, all of Denmark; grandmothers, Anna Larsen and Meta Neilsen, both of Denmark; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Charles and Loretta Johnson of Crowley, Louisiana; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Pallbearers will be Ryan Scott, Anthony Carrizales, Dusty Frierson, Jonathan Green, Wayne Thomas, Dusty Jordan, Caleb Larsen and Nathanael Larsen. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cai Ole Miltersen Larsen Memorial Fund, c/o the United Pentecostal Church District Office, 4109 S. First, Lufkin, Texas 75901. he family will welcome friends and loved ones from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the funeral home in Lufkin, and from 9 to 10 a.m. Sunday morning at the First United Pentecostal Church in Crowley, Louisiana, with services following from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home, Lufkin, directors.
