Services for Winnie McCurry Taylor, 72, of Diboll were held at 2 p.m. Thursday June 28, 2007 in the Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Seale-Round Prairie Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor was born January 18, 1935 in Robertson County and died Monday, June 25, 2007 in Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin. She worked as an office manager.
Survivors include daughters, Becky Freeman and husband Joe, Sharon Ann O'Conner; sons, Curtis Ray McCurry, Robert McCurry and wife Elizabeth, Charles McCurry and wife Vickie; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Warren, Coletta Jones; brothers, Roscoe Craig, Jerry Craig; and numerous nephews and nieces.
