Memorial expands valet parking services to include Pavilion
LUFKIN, TEXAS - Memorial Health System of East Texas is expanding its five-star commitment by offering valet parking at the Medical Arts Pavilion. The Medical Arts Pavilion is next to Memorial and houses the Temple Imaging Center, Dr. Jerry Jenkins, Pineywoods Obstetrics (Dr. Cheryl Suiter) and Dr. Rima Kittley.
For more than seven years, Memorial's valet parking service has been popular with patients and guests. To meet growing demand, the valet pilot program is now offered at the Medical Arts Pavilion Monday thru Thursday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. and Fridays, 8 a.m. until noon.
According to Ed Mount, Memorial Valet Attendant, free valet parking is extremely popular among the hospital's guests. "This is a great service provided for all patients, especially the elderly and disabled," said Mount.
The Medical Arts Pavilion valet service is free and offered to patients with appointments in the Temple Imaging Center or physician offices. "The only payment required is a smile," Mount said.
Guests also may utilize the valet parking at Memorial's main entrance Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. and Friday 6 a.m. until 3 p.m.
