Services for Mark Brasuell, 42, of Hudson were held Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel with Brother James H. Brock officiating. Interment followed in the Largent Cemetery.
Mr. Brasuell was born October 19, 1964 in Beaumont, Texas, to Mary Sue (Watson) and Coy Brasuell, and died Saturday, August 11, 2007 in Hudson.
Mr. Brasuell had lived in the Hudson and Lufkin areas most of his life. He worked for Lufkin Industries, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Brasuell was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his daughters, Christy Brasuell of Hudson, Cassidy Brasuell of Hudson and Abigail Adkins of Milam; parents, Mary and Coy Brasuell of Hudson; brother, Dennis Brasuell of Hudson; niece, April Brasuell of Hudson; nephew, Jared Brasuell of Hudson; great-nephew, Colton Brasuell of Hudson; aunts and uncles, Bob and Cozetta Watson, Pat and Georgia Watson, Joe Ed and Mamie Watson, Jerry Mike Watson, Nelda and Edmund Battenfield, Dorothy Childers, Wilma and Roger Williams, Carolyn Spears, Debbie and Mike Reid and James and Barbara Brasuell; and a number of cousins.
Pallbearers were Jared Brasuell, Dennis Brasuell, Brian Williams, Robert Cole, Phillip Glawson, Timmy Battenfield, Tracy Jones and Tom Price.
Honorary pallbearers were Keith Brasuell, Kevin Brasuell, Pat Tomez, Ray Tomez, Roger Grimes, Greg Williams and Charles Dunn.
