Funeral services for Christy Rochelle Brown, 27, of Hudson will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 10 a.m. in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dan Norman and Rev. Mike Hunter officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
Ms. Brown was born October 7, 1979 in Lufkin to Linda Faye (Milligan) and Danny Lee Brown, and died Friday, August 10, 2007 in Nacogdoches County. She had lived in the Lufkin and Hudson areas all her life. She was a waitress and a member of the First Christian Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Ravyn Henson of Central; son, Dalton Henson of Central; mother and stepfather, Linda and David Davis of Hudson; sister, Melissa Brown of Hudson; brother, Danny Wayne Brown of Hudson; grandparents, Floyd and Juanita Milligan of Etoile and Wayne and Clarkie Mae Brown of Lufkin; aunts and uncles, Clifton and Donna Milligan, Darlene and Donnie Stephens, Howard and Gay Milligan, Lee and Sharon Milligan, Barbara and David McGaughey and Mary Holland; special aunt, Judi Clifton; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Lee Brown and aunt Beverly Skelton.
Pallbearers will be J. D. Clifton, Jason Henson, Donnie Stephens, Bill Goodin, Donnie Goodin and John Paul Martin.
