Officers investigate burglary at Booker Street residence

Diboll Police officers were dispatched to an address on Booker Street regarding a burglary.

The September 5 call came after a resident discovered that his travel trailer had been entered and several items were missing. Officers determined that entry was made through a window that would only accommodate a small person.

Once inside, actor(s) removed a 20" Toshiba flat screen television, a pair of black Tasco binoculars and two stereo speakers. Also taken from the property was a Sears Craftsman weed eater that was taken from underneath a nearby carport.

If you have any information about this crime, you are asked to call the Diboll Police Department at 829-5586 or Crime Stoppers at 639-8477. If the information you provide leads to the arrest or grand jury indictment of the person or person responsible, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000. Your phone call is confidential and you do not have to leave your name.
