Diboll sweeps Rusk in recent volleyball games

The Diboll volleyball teams made it a clean sweep against Rusk in recent volleyball play. The freshman squad took two of three games (won 25-21, 25-27, 25-18) thanks to the following contributions:

Tiana Garcia - 9 ace, 2 assists, 3 kills

CiCi Bray - 6 aces, 3 kills

Natalie Chagcolla - 3 aces, 6 assists

The junior varsity won both sets, 25-17, 25-10 with the following plays:

Yadira Salais - 11 sets, 2 kills

Neicy Deason - 5 aces, 14 points, 11 sets, 2 kills

Ashley Wilson - 4 aces, 9 points, 5 spikes

Meredith Ruby - 2 aces, 2 points, 2 spikes, 2 kills, 1 block

The varsity weren't to be outdone, (won 25-19, 25-14, 25-19), taking all three games with the fine plays of these ladies.

PaShun Tappin - 4 aces, 6 points, 5 blocks

Kayla Martel - 6 spikes

Chelsea Burns - 3 aces, 5 spikes, 3 kills, 7 blocks

Tiffany Mott - 5 blocks, 3 spikes
