Services for Pastor Jerry A. Richards, 58 of Lufkin will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday November 24 in the New Zion Baptist Church with The Right Reverend Bishop C.L. Bryant officiating. Internment will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Pastor Jerry A. Richards was born June 28, 1949 in Lufkin and died November 17, 2007 in Lufkin. Elder Jerry Richards was the Pastor of Corrigan First Church of God In Christ. Survivors include wife, Pat Richards; son, Eric Kaiser; daughter, Kendra Mitchell; mother, Nancy Richards; sisters, Mary Myers, Rosie Yarbrough, Tula Lockheart, Dorothy Richards and Donna Richards; brother, Robert Richards.
