Burnice (Ridge Runner) Lee Lowe

Burnice (Ridge Runner) Lee Lowe, 64, of Pollok, was born January 31, 1943, in Newton County, Texas, the son of the late Ivy (Kinsel) and Jack Lowe. He passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2007, in a local hospital.

Mr. Lowe was a loving father and grandfather, and was employed with Burgess Trucking Company as a truck driver for 8 years. Survivors include his wife, Melissa Warren of Pollok; daughter, Andrea Fowler of Diboll; sons and daughters-in-law, Buck and Kathy Lowe of Andrews, Shannon and Tonia Lowe of Lufkin and Brad and Michelle Lowe of Midland; stepson, Coty Warren of Pollok; 9 grandchildren; and 1 great11 grandchild. Pallbearers will be Terry Wheeler, Justin Choate, Cody Parrish, Richard Dotson, J. W. Dotson and Mike Sullivan. Honorary pallbearer will be Ted Wallace.

Services for Mr. Lowe were held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 7, 2007, in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Berton Neal Lakey officiating. Interment followed in the Conner Cemetery in Houston County.
