Stacey Elizabeth Cole Massey

Funeral services for Stacey Elizabeth Cole Massey, 40, of Lufkin will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel, Huntington, with Reverend Grady Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Zavalla Cemetery.

She was born October 12, 1967 in Conyers, GA to Wanda (Reynolds) and Alfred George Cole, and died Sunday, December 9, 2007 in a local hospital. She resided in the Lufkin area most of her life and was of the Pentecostal faith. Stacey loved to fish and hunt, but riding horses was her favorite. She also loved to ride four wheelers and to raise animals from the wild.

Survivors include her husband, Ken W. Massey, Jr of Lufkin; daughter, Kendall Elizabeth Grace Massey of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Cory and Jenny Hines of Huntington; daughter and son-in-law, Tasha and Justin Murray of Lufkin; son and special friend, Dustin Massey and Taylor Guzman of Lufkin; granddaughter, Natalie Murray; grandchildren, Spencer, Stran, Scaly Hines; mother, Wanda (Lady Bug) Cole; uncles, Bill and Tony Cole; uncle and aunt, T.L and Linda Reynolds; aunt, Doris Lowery; special cousin, Wanda Creamer: a number of nieces and nephews; special friends, Charlene Warren, Joan and Smokey Davidson, Misty and John Morton. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred (Al) George Cole, Jr.; grandparents, A.G. Cole, Sr. and Frances, Tom Havard and Bertie; and special aunt, Gladys Young.

Pallbearers will be Justin Grimes, Delbert Warren, Brent Johnson, Kyle Swearingen, Randall Massey, Steven Massey, Greg Fletcher, and Dalton Massey.
