Jubilee Church Report

Christmas season is in full swing and Jubilee Baptist Church members are in Christmas Ministering Spirits. Saturday, four visitation teams went through out much of Prairie Chapel and Buttermilk Road areas wishing all a Merry Christmas and inviting them to worship with us. We hope all enjoyed the cookies our ladies fixed for you.

Wednesday was our evening to sing Christmas carols for Trinity Mission residents. All our members had a great time singing, visiting in the rooms, and passing out gift bags to each resident.

Jubilee Baptist knows the importance of training children in ministry. Our children were the ones who actually handed out the gift bags as adult members visited with residents. Llittle ones are able to learn at a young age the importance of sharing everything God blesses them with. They shared gift bags, smiles, songs of the Christ Child, and time invested in the lives of others. Everyone at Jubilee has a ministry opportunity regardless of age, abilities, or means.

Tonight is our Christmas Fellowship meal . Dinner begins 6 p.m. An abundance of finger foods, Christmas sweets and goodies await. After we eat, Trey Thompson will offer the word of our Lord. We invite all to this time of fellowship.

Jubilee Baptist Church is located on FM 1818 at the city limit sign. We are a country church with a heart for ministry. If you are without a church home Jubilee welcomes you to worship services. If you have some trouble of life so big only God can help you with it, we invite you to Jubilee and we will ask the Father in Heaven to give you an answer.

Sunday School is 10 a.m. Worship is 11 a.m. and mid-week worship is Wednesday evening at 7 p.m.
