Hadnot excited about giving back to Angelina community

      For Angelina County Native and former Lufkin Panther standout football star Rex Hadnot there have been some major changes in the last year. Leaving the Miami Dolphins, where he has played his entire NFLcareer, to join the Cleveland Browns is just the first of these changes.

Lady Jacks named to 20 3-A All District squad

      For those of you not aware there is a brand new Texas State Champion in District 20 3-A, courtesy of the Huntington Devilettes. That accomplishment came just this past weekend when they defeated the Liberty-Eylau Lady Leopards in Austin, TX by a final of 1-0.

The importance of some of the holidays may change from one generation to another, but the old standbys will always be with us in all their glory.
