Jacks destroy Devils 66-0
Diboll back in playoff s, decide 18-3A crown against Carthage
      In a good old fashion beating the Diboll Lumberjacks hit the road for the first time in nearly two months and dismantled the Huntington Red Devils 66-0 Friday night. Diboll was led by the play of runningback Kendal Jackson, as the big time playmaker ran for 116 yards and four touchdowns in the contest.

Lady Jacks clinch playoff birth
      The Diboll Lady Jacks are ready to head for the postseason and they have their sights set on the Lady Panthers of Spring Hill. Coming off a week that saw a a few downs and a fantastic come from behind victory in Huntington, the Lady Jacks will be heading up to Tatum next Tuesday at 6 pm for their opening round contest.

Playoff Bound
     Diboll Lumberjack senior Adrian Vasquez led the way for the defense Friday evening in a 66-0 annihilation of the Huntington Red Devils. The Jack leader proved to be very crucial to the overall defense of Diboll.

Diboll teams do well, Region III meet upcoming
      The Diboll Cross Country team competed over the weekend in the 2008 18-3A District Cross Country Meet in Hudson. Everyone competing for the hometown bunch did very well, and both the boys and girls team will be heading for the Class 3A Region III Cross Country Meet, Nov. 8, in Humble at the campus of Lone Star North Harris College (formerly Kingwood College).
