New Year starts right for S.S. recipients

Those who receive Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments will see an increase in benefits in 2008. Beginning this month, a 2.3 percent cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) will be applied to all Social Security and SSI payments. More...
