Ladyjacks win again
11 consecutive, still perfect in District 20 3-play against Center Lady Roughriders

The Diboll Ladyjacks found themselves still perfect in District 20 3-A play after their eleventh consecutive victory Friday night.

The win over the Center Lady Roughriders was like most Ladyjack contests latel - a blowout. The final score found Diboll with a 24-point edge in a 58 - 34 mauling.

Leading the way for Coach Laura Knight's Ladyjacks was Vanessa Jones, who put up a Diboll game-high 20 points in the victory.

T.K. Jackson put up 12, Chelsea Burns added seven, Nikki Greene had six, while P.J. Tappin, Tiffany Mott, Kayla Elizalde and Jafrina Jackson all contributed in the scoring for the Ladyjacks.

The Ladyjacks wrap up the home stretch of the season Friday as they host Hudson, and they will try to complete a perfect season on their way to the district crown and playoffs, when they travel to Huntington next Tuesday night.
