Golfers show skills in play Diboll High School's Wesley McClain is at it again, putting on a spectacular showing on the links. This past weekend McClain led the Lumberjacks with a hard fought second place performance in the Nacagdoches Dragon Classic, hosted at the Pineywoods Country Club. He shot a round of 74 to earn himself a chance at a second place playoff, in which he won to take the medal. The Diboll team came in ninth place out of 20 teams in the competition. Also playing for the Lumberjacks were Steven Brown (90), Eddie Esteves (103), Richard Farley (109) and Stephen Hopkins (111). |
