Francis Allyne Huggins Luna

Francis Allyne Huggins Luna, 66, of Beckville, was born April 1, 1941, in Avandale, Arizona. She passed away Monday, February 18, 2008, at her residence.

Mrs. Luria was a homemaker, and a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, painting portraits and sewing.. She also loved taking care of her dog, Louie.

Survivors include her husband, Ralph Luna of Beckville; daughters and sons-in-law, Katrinka and Charles Lindsey of Ashdown, Arkansas, Terrie and Walter Forrest, Jerrie and Joe Aguilar, all of Beckville, and Melva and Burl Jones of Huntington; sons and daughters-in-law, Frank Jr. and Linda Hill of San Augustine, Matthew and Jana Hill of Oregon and Daniel and Robin Hill of Kennard; sister, Mary Carver of Lufkin; brothers, Wayne Huggins of Conroe, Fred Huggins of Lufkin and Morris Huggins of Diboll; 25 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and 1 greatgreat grandchild; and a number of other family members.

Mrs. Luna was preceded in death by her parents, Kitty Lou (Umphrey) and Fred Lee Huggins; and sisters, lnez Gentry, Juanita Clark and Betty Lee.

Pallbearers were Randy Hill, Chris Henderson, Waylon Jones, Raymond Jones, Steven Jones and Danny Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Walter Forrest, Jody Herrington, Joe Aguilar and Joe Ramirez.

Mrs. Luna's family wishes to express special thanks to Joe Aguilar for his love and care for her. Services for Mrs. Luna were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 21, 2008, in the Cipson Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Terry Gibson and Bro. James Bickley officiating. Interment followed in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
