Lois Mane Jacobs Doyle

Graveside services for Lois Marie Jacobs Doyle, 57, of Pollok were held Sunday, March 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sand Flat Cemetery with Brother Ross Black officiating.

Mrs. Doyle was born February 3, 1951 in Lufkin, Texas to Bernice (Oliver) and William Baz Jacobs, and died Friday, March 7, 2008 at her residence.

Mrs. Doyle had resided in Pollok most of her life. She was a homemaker, and loved gardening and needlepoint. She was a member of the Redtown Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Bernice Jacobs of Pollok; daughter and sonin law, Anita and Henry Alexander of P0110k; son, Clark Edward Fipps of Pollok; grandchildren, Raychel Marie Powell, William Robert Alexander, Amber Nicole Fipps, Anna Lynn Fipps and Jacob Clark Fipps, all of Pollok; brother, Jeff Jacobs of Pollok; special friends, Bobby Edwards of Wells and Patricia Havard of Pollok; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
