Sons of the American Revolution March Meeting

The Lt. Nathan Gann Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution will meet on Thursday March 20, 2008 at the Golden Corral. Meeting will start at 7 PM but most members and guests arrive shortly after 6 PM for a dutch treat dinner prior to the meeting. The speaker will be Woody Gann whose talk will be "Historical Hits and Misses in Lufkin and Angelina County." The 5th grade poster contest winners from Pineywoods Academy will also be recognized at this meeting.

will he served Friday, March 28, 2008 at the VFW Post on FM 1818 in Diboll from 3:00 PM till 7 PM. The VFW Ladies Auxiliary will serve homemade Chicken Spaghetti, salad, hot rolls and a variety of homemade desserts. Adults $5.00 each. Children under 8 years old $2.50 each. All proceeds go to help Veterans and their families.
