Boys and Girls Club kicks off "One" campaign

It just takes one! One community, one Boys & Girls Club, one child…you can make a difference by supporting the Boys & Girls Club of Diboll One Campaign.

The Boys & Girls Club of Diboll One Campaign has kicked off. The goal this year is to raise $10,000 during the annual pledge drive to support the daily operations of the Boys & Girls Club of Diboll. The Boys & Girls Club of Diboll board of directors is seeking support from local business owners, individuals and corporations, so that local boys and girls are not left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets or left at home with no adult supervision.

The Boys & Girls Club is a wonderful asset to the Diboll community. The Boys & Girls Club of Diboll is truly the positive place for kids. Everyday after school and during the summer Boys & Girls Club members are discovering their needs, nurturing their talents, pursuing their interests and above all…having fun in a safe, supervised and secure environment.

Members of the Boys & Girls Club of Diboll participate in programs such as personal and educational development, citizenship and leadership, cultural enrichment, health and physical education, social recreation and outdoor and environmental education. These programs promote a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and the sense of power.
