Mildred Weber Carradine

Mildred Weber Carradine, 84, of Lufkin, was born February 28, 1924, in Kaufman County, Texas, the daughter of the late Birdie (West) and Earl C. Boles. She passed away Saturday, March 15, 2008, in a local hospital.

Mrs. Carradine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother, and was the co-owner of Weber Insurance Company. She was a member of First Lutheran ChUrch of Lufkin.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Havard Griffin and George Griffin of Baytown and Donna and James Parish of Huntington; daughter, Betsy Weber Dean of Corinth; son, Benjie Weber Ill of Houston; daughter-in-law, Susan Weber of Lufkin; 10 grandchildren; 7 greatgrandchildren; 4 nephews; 1 niece; and brother and sister-in-law, Walterand Sandy Weber.

Services for Mrs. Carradine were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2008, in the Elwyn M. Gipson Memorial Chapel in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park, with Reverend Michael Monterastelli officiating. Entombment followed in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
