Janet Phillips Horton

Graveside services for Janet Phillips Horton, 56, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 1 9, 2008, in the Zavalla Cemetery, with Bro. John Walker officiating.

Janet was employed as a waitress for 1 0 years. She loved people and enjoyed life, and was devoted to her children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She attended church at Calvary Baptist Church in Willis, Texas.

Survivors include her son, Darrell Horton of Cleveland; daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Kenny Evans of Huntsville; sisters, Tamae Reppond and Judy Reppond, both of Zavalla; 6 grandchildren; 2 greatgrandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives; and a host of friends.

Janet was preceded in by her parents, Charles and Eva Lou (Martin) Phillips; and her sister, Sue Reppond. Memorials maybe made to Hospice in the Pines, 116 S. Raguet, Lufkin, Texas 75904.
