Hayes leads Lumberjack 20 3-A selections

      It was another hard fought year on the hardwood for the Diboll Lumberjacks Boys Basketball squad finishing the season 12-17, with a tough District 20 3-A record of 3-11. Under the leadership of Coach Bryan Kruk the Lumberjacks gave it their all this year.

Lady Jacks drop pair

      The Diboll Lady Jacks dropped a pair of ballgames last week against District 20 3-A rivals Carthage and Hudson. Against Carthage the Lady Jacks fell in a heartbreaker by a final score of 13-4. The Lady Jacks jumped out to an early lead 1-0 in the opening inning of play against the Lady Bulldogs.

Lumberjacks coming off of crucial week of play

      The Diboll Lumberjacks took to the road last Tuesday for an important contest against Carthage to take on the Bulldogs. For the Jacks this was the first of two very important games in their quest for a District 20 3-A Title, and a chance to advance to the Class 3A Playoffs.
