Seminary sign-up

The International Theological Seminary, formerly Mt. Beulah Institute & Seminary, 217 South Warren St., Lufkin, resumes for spring semester Jan. 14-May 17 at the same educational facility.

Early registration is 6-9 p.m Friday, Jan. 9. Regular registration is 6-9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12. Set orientation is required of all students from 7-8 p.m. Jan. 15. Late registration concludes Jan. 31.

Chapel services are held at 6:30 p.m. Thursdays. ITS Administration extends invitations to pastors, churches and Christians to be in attendance during chapel services. The seminary continues to offer a free clergy class at 7:30 p.m. every Tuesday night following the second Sunday of each month. The seminary offers campus curriculum, home-study curriculum, and distant learning opportunities.

The following courses comprise spring semester classes: Choice of graduate degree classes offered from 5:30-7:25 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights are Principles of Christian Education, Communication and Human Behavior, and Theses. Choices of under-graduate degree classes offered from 6:30-7:25 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, nights are Parables of Christ and Bridging The Gap; from 7:25-8:15 p.m. are Experiencing God, Worship (Hymnology), Greek I; from 8:35-9:25 p.m. are Key Biblical Characters and Manners and Customs of Bible Times; from 9:25-10:10 p.m. are Public Speaking and Bible History In Outline; and Friday night home-study classes from 7:30-8:30 p.m. is The Wisdom Of The Old Testament (Proverbs); 8:30-9:30 p.m. is Greek I; from 9:30- 10:30 p.m. is Steps To The Sermon.
