Diboll vs Crockett Tonight at 6:30pm in Huntsville
Lady Jacks are set to face an old district rival tonight when the Crockett Lady Bulldogs and the local ladies tie it up tonight at Sam Houston St. The Diboll Lady Jacks came away victorious Thursday night, as they won the Area round of the Class 3A Playoffs over the Fairfield Lady Eagles 58-49. The Lady Jacks overcame a 7 point halftime deficit to defeat Fairield in dominating fashion. The Lady Jacks will take on the winner of Friday nights Area game between Crockett and Carthage in Rusk. E. F. (Dick) Hendrick, 92, of Diboll, was born December 4, 1916, in Alto, Texas, the son of the late Rosa (Landrum) and Edwin Frank Hendrick.
