Dr. Buddy S. Jones

Funeral for Dr. Buddy S. Jones, 75, of Lufkin, was held Sunday, August 2, 2009, in the Gipson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park. He died Thursday, July 30. A native of Lufkin, he pastured at Plain Baptist Church in Houston County. Survivors include his wife, Betty Jones; sons, James Jones, Richard Ferguson, Billy Ferguson and Jerry Ferguson; daughter, Sara Foxworth; 11 grandchildren and two sisters.
