Ruth Lee

A funeral service for Ruth Lee, 91, of Lufkin, was held Monday, Oct. 26, 2009, at Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home. Burial was at the Narrow Way Cemetery.

She passed away Oct. 24, 2009, at a local hospital.

A native of Lufkin, she was a superintendent of Hudson ISD for 10 years.

Survivors include her son, William “Rusty” Lee; one sister; and four grandchildren.
