Graveside services for Evealeen Mallon, 83, of Huntington, were held Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010 at 10 a.m. at Whitehouse Cemetery, under the direction of Carroway Funeral Home.

Mrs. Mallon was born May 8, 1926, in Lufkin, and she died Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010, at a Lufkin hospital.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Audrey and Mark Shires of Lufkin; son, Terry Wayne Mallon of San Augustine; three grandchildren; and special friend, Renea Brown.
