Architects present initial school plans to board
Diboll ISD administrators and school board members got their first official look Tuesday at the initial design of the new elementary school. DISD voters approved a $22.5 million bond issue in November. Funeral services for James “Jimmy” Hopson, 46, of Lufkin were held Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at the Carroway Funeral Home Chape. Interment followed at Whitehouse Cemetery. Hopson was born Sept. 18, 1963, in Lufkin, and died Monday, Feb. 8, 2010, at a local nursing home. Survivors include his parents, Thomas and Dorothy (Thigpen) Hopson of Lufkin. More...
